Reports to:  Director, Business Operations


  • Contingent Compensation Funding routing

  • Corporations

    • Trademark Clearance monitoring

    • Maintenance

      • Maintain Corporations in Grid

      • Maintain officer files and corporation files (online).

      • Stand Alone Corporation fees

        • AP/ Officer Fees

        • Track Statements of Information and Annual/Biennial reports for stand-alone companies

      • Dissolution tracking

        • Prepare dissolution lists

        • Track bank account status, final cost report, release date, general activity of corporations.

    • Tax Returns

      • Foreign Tax Firm coordination

        • UK: Saffery Champness/ NZ: VCFO and E&Y/Australia: PKF, etc.

          • Contact person for all UK corporation audits, liaise with firms and production accountants to provide all information needed for annual audits and tax filings

        • Contact point for all bills to track/ensure that all invoices are meeting contractual agreed pricing

  • Department

    • OH Fiscal year tracking – research for miscodes for shows.

      • MPP Warehouse: AP & allocation to shows          

      • Olive Building: AP & Allocation to shows

      • Studio Soft Costs (Studio Charges):  track for shows, prepare journals

      • CTA/CMC Development travel cost reconciliation

      • Rebates:  EP, Cast & Crew, HSBC PCards, Deluxe and AON allocation to shows

      • Pcard Proxy for MPP Finance (Kelly)

      • SAP Cross show Invoice Payments:  E&Y, Intercall, Saffery, Barals, Stand Alone Tax Payments, Western Studio, ad hoc

    • SAP Project/Funding/Travel Project /Chart of Accounts ONGOING

    • Perner numbers for the freelance employees

  • Controllership Reports

    • Consolidate the quarterly production commitments schedule for the Studio Controllership

    • Pay or Play

    • Studio 10k?

  • Policy & Procedure backup, show & department.

  • Manage production funding request process for all in process features, until transitioned to SFA’s

    • Post (Last Duel, Death of the Nile) and SL projects (Murder Mystery, Next Goal Wins, Tammy Faye)

    • Review weekly funding requests prepared by Post production accountants; prepare studio funding requests for Treasury

    • Prepare wire log and track exchange gain/loss

  • Consolidate the quarterly production 10K commitments schedule for the Studio Controllership

  • Work on SAP integration requests, including vetting project listing for completeness

  • Prepare ad-hoc foreign spend analyses as needed


  • Minimum of 5 years of production finance experience required, or experience in entertainment, consulting or public accounting.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

  • Attention to detail, desire for accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, think strategically, solve problems, and implement solutions.

  • Proficiency with Movie Magic Budgeting, SAP, GlobalVista/PSL3, Microsoft Office Suite and building presentation decks
