- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:

FX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Print Trade Design to concept and execute multiple award campaign visuals including high profile outdoor, digital and print components for FX original programming. This role will work closely with the Public Relations department.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Public Relations department and VP of Print Design on the positioning strategy of FX originals for awards considerations (Emmy, SAG, HFPA, etc.)
  • Research shows, talent, competitive sets, quote/review content and FX brand identity considerations
  • Provide creative direction to the Trade Designer and outside agencies and oversee the development of FYC graphic design including OOH, print, digital and non-FYC quote ads.
  • Manage workflows, select typographic and color, edit photographs and oversee Photo Retouchers
  • Assist with branding and event design projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years design experience, including managing design campaign teams
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Print production and photoshoot art direction experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels, from designers to senior-level executives
  • Strong understanding of typography and photo editing skills
  • Conceptual thinker with an eye for creating cohesive visuals
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Required Education:

  • 4-year degree, preferably in Advertising or Fine Art or equivalent work experience
