- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:

The Disney Television Studios systems and technology team supports the operation of production for episodic television. Services include the use of a fully secured, dedicated network, provisioning hardware and software and access to a dedicated Help Desk.
 

A variety of technically complex administrative tasks is required to keep all of the services operating in an optimal manner and to monitor potential for potential Security threats.
 

Security – Network/Infrastructure

  • Monitor and support the IT infrastructure and operational systems, logging, monitoring/reporting, and analysis of security events

  • Respond to network security alerts that are generated internally or reported externally

  • Investigate security issues to determine risk and eliminate false positives

  • Develop technical monitoring, assessment, and response solutions in Splunk

  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Splunk

  • Implement and maintain solutions and technologies that address cyber security issues

  • Research and develop technical capabilities for understanding, assessing, and analyzing cyber technologies

  • Perform Security related product evaluations, develop test plans for systems and networks

  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc control/compliance validation

  • Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards

  • Act as security subject matter expert and engaging with security personnel in other departments and organizations
     

Security – Endpoint

  • Support and maintain endpoint security, via systems management solutions and enterprise security solutions

  • Maintain and monitor endpoint security compliance via Intune compliance, Intune configuration profiles, SCCM configuration baselines, Crowdstrike and Jamf policies and reports

  • Experience with endpoint security detections and incident response with Crowdstrike

  • Maintain and monitor Crowdstrike sensor updates and upgrades, and Crowdstrike prevention policies

  • Test and implement new and existing Crowdstrike prevention modules and sensor capabilities

  • Maintain and monitor Crowdstrike host static and dynamic management groups

  • Monitor and remediate Crowdstrike host and sensor compliance

  • Periodically review and audit various Crowdstrike security, discovery, and compliance reports

  • Respond to endpoint alerts, detections, incidents, and other security events
     

Security – O365, Azure, and Okta

  • Monitor and support the security and compliance of the O365 and Exchange environments

  • Periodically review and audit messaging systems for security related events and trends

  • Respond to alerts generated by ProofPoint, O365 EoP, and Defender for O365 (ATP)

  • Review, release, and/or remove messages in message quarantines periodically in EoP, ATP, and ProofPoint

  • Experience removing individual and purging mass message distribution via ATP Explorer, Powershell, and EoP

  • Apply and enforce information security and messaging security related policies and compliance

  • Monitor Azure sign ins, risky sign ins, risky events, and risky users, and other security related events

  • Periodically review and audit cloud assets and systems

  • Monitor and respond to Azure Security Center alerts and advisories

  • Experience responding to Okta identity management security related issues; clearing user sessions, resetting multifactor authentication methods, and suspending, deactivating and reactivating users
     

Systems Administration

Systems Administration - O365/Exchange Administration

  • Provide administration and technical support for O365, ExchangeOnline, and Exchange on-prem

  • Responsible for managing O365 tenants and Azure AD Connect/ADFS

  • Experience with O365 migrations, hybrid solutions, and configuring hybrid environment with Exchange on-prem and O365

  • Manage and provide technical expertise for O365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc

  • Expertise in Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and PowerShell scripting as it relates to O365 and Exchange

  • Experience with managing and supporting SMTP Relay

  • Experience managing O365 subscriptions, licensing and user licenses, and end user management

  • Manage and support Outlook and other and other supported mail client configurations

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to configuration, troubleshoot guides, user guides, FAQs, etc

  • Implement and maintain security-related procedures and protocols in accordance with org policies and preferred practices

  • Troubleshooting, researching, testing enterprise-level issues and implementing solutions based on change control policies

  • Support and sometimes lead new projects and initiatives based around O365, Exchange, and Defender for O365
     

Systems Administration - Server/Infrastructure

  • Design, install, and configure servers (internal/external)

  • Manage and maintain server

  • Administer and support Microsoft, Jamf, and VMware technology

  • Design and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions

  • Define and document best practices and support procedures

  • Provide after-hours support for infrastructure related emergencies, weekend maintenance, site shut-downs and start-ups

  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation

  • Carry out special tasks at management's direction

  • Interact with customers, management, and staff on a technical level, as required

  • Serve as technical expert in the area of Server systems administration and systems management, for complex operating systems, coordinates with different departments

  • Installation and configuration of new software and hardware on servers and other pieces of infrastructure

  • Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT operations, and storage utilization

  • Manage user accounts and assigns/updates security permissions on the domain according to security policies

  • Provide support with escalated help desk requests

  • Mentor team members and educates management and users

  • Develop new systems and deployment plans

  • Create custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability

  • Performs troubleshooting as needed, assists with problem-solving efforts, sometimes involving outside vendors and other support personnel departments and organizations

  • Experience and working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect
     

Systems Administration - Systems Management

  • Day to day administration of Server systems management environments

  • Support server OS and Application deployment processes and procedures

  • Experience working with SCCM, Intune, PDQ, and Jamf

  • Strong understanding of SCCM with moderate to advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, OS deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting

  • Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, applications within SCCM

  • Experience supporting, implementing, and managing windows workstation deployment

  • Experience supporting, implementing, and managing macOS deployment
