To work in the Ad Sales team selling our Disney Audience offer to key Agencies and clients. Develop and grow the advertising business through all The Walt Disney Company platforms Digital, TV and Print. Maximize revenue opportunities with Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, our Digital environment and print magazines.

Support Sales Manager on implementing sales strategy, Commercial Policy, ensuring revenue and inventory optimization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all sales across Disney Media+: Disney Audience (TV, online and print), (DC, XD, Junior, Digital environment and print).
  • Implementation of Fiscal Year Ad sales strategy through key initiatives to ensure revenue achievement.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up, booked and monitored according to deal parameters, and in the most efficient and optimized way.
  • Maximizing revenue on the Sales Group through creative sells, chasing all forecasts, selling sponsorship and partnership opportunities and encouraging short-term expenditure.
  • Ensure ROB process to be followed, control and update forecast and promotional and Ad sales pipeline.
  • Develop and build excellent relations with the agencies at all levels, ensuring Disney are always at the front of mind of the agencies
  • Create and maintain long term relationship with key Agencies and Direct Clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Sales & Customer Oriented.
  • Results oriented.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Open mind, team orientation & People skills.
  • As Sales Market knowledge.
  • 3/5 years selling advertising, primarily on Digital & TV.
  • Substantial proven experience of advertising sales in different media companies.
  • Knowledge of the Media landscape both TV and online.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Relevant degree preferred.
