Job Summary:

This role is an important part of a Digital Analytics team helping to evaluate and optimise the performance of Disney’s digital products and platforms, including Disney.xx sites (e.g. Disney.co.uk), Disney Tickets, Shop Disney websites, National Geographic, Fox and 24 Kitchen.

The primary function of the role is to extract, analyse and report data from our main digital properties using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint.

As part of the role, you will be expected to work with large datasets that span across multiple sites and brands. Good organization and vast experience with data manipulation is a requirement.

The role involves generating multiple reports in different formats for different stakeholders. Good communication skills and relevant experience working with PowerPoint are required. English fluency is a must, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate should have enough experience working with digital assets and tools such as Google Analytics along with good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics and programming languages such as SQL would be an advantage.
  • Report on Digital touchpoints on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Analyse site’s performance using Google and Adobe Analytics
  • Responsible for data extractions, making sure current processes are working correctly
  • Work independently and across multiple projects at the same time, managing one’s own workload and prioritization in conjunction with team and business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with digital data
  • Basic experience with Google Analytics
  • Relevant degree, previous Disney/Media industry experience and experience of working across time zones/cultures would be desirable
  • Expected knowledge of a range of data toolsets (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience and usage of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple projects at the same time, being flexible in prioritizing work and shifting between projects
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Be an agent of change within the team, bringing new ideas and tools to the wider team to help everyone’s learning and exposure
  • Previous experience of Disney or broadcast/media background would be desirable
  • Fluency in written, verbal, and business English
