Job Summary:

Responsible for working closely with Head of Sales APAC & SEA to develop and drive monetization strategy for all TWDC channels; provide strategic direction to the team whilst maximizing the advertising sales effort for Philippines

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to drive business development opportunities; set sales strategy and sales targets to increase volume/value share and drive execution for some of the top brands/agencies

· Extract the right value for product

· Define a comprehensive digital advertising sales strategy that articulates perspectives on how to maximize the local market, pricing policies, sponsorship guidelines, inventory management, etc.

· Evaluate, pitch and close regional business opportunities with clients from the local market looking to advertise across APAC and globally

· Responsible for building synergies within existing businesses of TWDC to achieve common objectives

· Evaluate the market position of competing products, services and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques

· Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of clients and partners

· Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies for the generation of new and repeat business

· Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners and deliver excellent service

· Lead, inspire and develop the local teams to achieve sales targets

· Lead sales planning, manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility

· Work with the regional head of Media + to grow revenue and partnerships for Consumer Products, studios by the use of appropriate IP

Basic Qualifications:

· Strong track record of driving sales and business development in challenging environments

· Ideally 15+ years experience in advertising sales and within the media/digital industry

· Track record of continuous innovation

· Leading, managing and coaching high performing teams

· Leading a team through change and ambiguity

· Strong understanding of the agency and consumer landscape in market

· Consistently builds on industry trends and business issues

· Good understanding of the clients/partners that exist in market

· Deep connection/understanding of the media landscape and sales ecosystem & metrics

· Conceptual and Strategic thinker

· Ability to build strong relationships, partner and network with clients/agencies

· Proven track record of being a team player

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
