Senior Manager, SOFTLINES


Develop, implement and achieve yearly revenue budget for FASHION and HOME
Develop and execute local market category plan in line with regional strategy & plan
Provide account management to top licensees, new and existing, for long term business development
Conduct market analysis, proactively meet trends, monitor sub-categories and retail performance, and grow Disney’s segment share
Identify, pitch & secure new partners that enhance category growth in a substantial manner
Identify and fill in product, franchises, and channel gaps
Determine category key drivers (franchise, products, retail channel) to expand brand presence

Retail Management
  • Work with key retail account to manage Disney’s product range and presence at retail
  • Work with buyers from retail accounts to develop new business opportunities
  • Act as communication link between Disney and licensees and retail buyers
  • Conduct retail accounts performance review and marketing updates
Creative Management
  • Work with creative team in the development of category plan, ongoing product quality improvement program, and new business presentations
Finance Management
  • Responsible for FASHION & HOME category AOP, accruals, forecasts
Marketing Management
  • Coordinate with Retail Marketing/E Commerce team to support sales promotion, events and advertising in the local market
  • Ensure licensees implement the Disney visual merchandising programs and branding guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience within consumer products management, ideally within Fashion & Home
  • Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve joint financial goals
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skill and financial concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
