Job Summary:

Today, our Contact Center in Marne-la-Vallée has more than 450 employees, including our Sales and Customer Relations teams. We are available every day to answer our customers' questions and requests by phone, email or chat, preparing their visit to Disneyland Paris in 6 different languages ​​(French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian).

We are looking for our future talents for the German market.

Short Term positions start from the 17th january from to 30th september
Long Term positions start now as well


You will be the first contact with Disneyland Paris, you take up the daily challenge of bringing Disney magic to life by phone / live chat, email by offering a warm welcome and a service of the highest quality offering a solution and sales oriented approach.
You manage inbound and outbound interactions with clients (individuals, groups, employees, etc.) through omnichannel solutions (telephone, email, chat, etc.) in order to provide the solution best suited to the client's needs (advice, sales, reservation, ...), while respecting the values ​​of the company: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency and Inclusion.

In addition, you will be required to:
• Advise and inform our individual customers and travel agents in their language on our products (stays, hotels, tickets, transport (for certain markets), annual passports, excursions, dinner show, restaurants, birthday party, etc.) by telephone , mails and / or live chat.
• In an increasingly competitive environment, you will ensure that your sales objectives are achieved.
• Guarantee the satisfaction of our customers by processing their requests from their wish to visit to obtaining the reservation number.
• Interact with our internal services (hotels, park visitor relations, etc.) and external services for specific requests (events, medical needs, eating habits)

Basic Qualifications:

Endowed with a strong team spirit, you like to take up challenges and you are motivated by your sales objectives for Disneyland Paris products and services.
You are comfortable with the telephone, you have mastered the Microsoft Office package (with management of multiple tasks) and have a sense of welcome and service as well as an appetite for new technologies and social networks.
You have already demonstrated your skills during your first experience in sales and / or tourism.

With excellent active listening skills and in order to be able to interact with our international customers, you master fluent French (C1) and / or fluent English (C1) and imperatively fluent German (C1)
Aware that our visitors come from all over the world, you know how to be flexible and make yourself available in order to be able to answer their questions by adapting you to the opening hours of the reservations center, open 7 days a week, with working hours from 8.45 a.m. to 8.15 p.m.

Additional Information:

Interviews will take place remotely, by videoconference, for positions located partly face-to-face, in Marne la Vallée, and / or remotely, according to the teleworking agreement currently in force in the company.

Our destination is required to adhere to the conditions of the “Pass Sanitaire” which is currently mandatory for all our visitors. From the 30th of August It will be also required for some of our employees’
