Job Summary:

Department Overview

Our Marne-la-Vallée Central Reservations Office has today over 450 employees including our Sales and Customer Relations teams. We are available every day to answer to our clients preparing their visit to Disneyland Paris. We reply to their queries and requests by telephone, email or chat, in 6 different languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish , Italian and portuguese).

Your missions?

You are the first contact with Disneyland Paris, you will take on the daily challenge of bringing the Disney’s magic to life via telephone/live chat and email, offering a warm welcome and the highest service standard whilst keeping a solution and sales-oriented approach.
You will manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers (individuals, trade, employees,...) through omnichannel tools (phone, email, chat...) in order to provide the most suitable solution to our customers’ needs (information, sales, reservations,...), all of this keeping in mind our Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency and Inclusion.

In addition, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • To advise and inform our individual clients and travel agents in their respective language about all our products (stays, hotels, tickets, transport (for some markets), annual passports, excursions, dinner shows, restaurants, birthday parties, etc.) by telephone, e-mail and/or live chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing their needs from A to Z during the entire booking process
  • Interact with our internal stakeholders (hotels, park visitor relations, etc.) and external partners for specific requests (events, medical needs, dietary restrictions, etc.)


The keys to your success?
You demonstrate a strong team spirit, you like challenges and you are motivated by sales objectives related to DLP’s products and services.
You are comfortable using the telephone, you are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (even when using several applications at the same time) and have a great sense service as well as an appetite for new technologies and social networks.
You have already demonstrated your skills during a first experience in sales or in the tourism industry.
You have excellent active listening skills and are fluent in French (C1), English (C1) and portuguese (C1) in order to be able to interact with our international customers.

Aware that our visitors come from all over the world, you know how to be flexible and are ready to make yourself available to answer their questions by adapting to our Central Reservation Office working hours (we are open 7 days a week, from 8.45 am to 8:15 pm).

Additional Information
This opportunity is for a fixed-term contract, for the following dates:
  • 17th january to 30th september 2022
You will start your new role after 6 weeks of successful training (with calls being taken from week 2).
You will be provided with DLP products knowledge, sales techniques, IT tools and systems training, as well as a personalized integration program.
