Job Summary:

As the 5th largest hotel chain in France, our 7 themed hotels contribute fully to the experience of our Guests throughout their stay at Disneyland® Paris.
From 2* to 5*, all services are present: luggage storage, reception, room service, catering, swimming pools, etc. Anticipating and personalising customer expectations, paying attention to detail, everything is done to guarantee the satisfaction of our visitors: service excellence is our watchword, while respecting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Entertainment and Efficiency.

Your missions?

- You will be part of the baggage handling team at one of our Disney® hotels, consisting of 15 to 25 employees.
- To take charge of the luggage of our Guests when they arrive at our hotels, respecting the rules of handling and using the appropriate postures to guarantee your safety.
- Organise the storage of luggage according to the rules of tidying and organisation.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of our guests, helping them to organise their day and make their stay unforgettable.
- Anticipate opportunities to improve the experience of our visitors (delayed airport shuttle, visitor's birthday...). You are "the" person who will improve their stay.
- Welcoming and taking charge of our Visitors' cars and ensuring the transfer of luggage to the room (only for 4 and 5 star hotels)

Your profile?

- You have a strong sense of service, you are smiling and dynamic.
- You are a rigorous and organised person who does not leave room for the unexpected.
- You have held a driving licence for more than 2 years.
- The tasks of the baggage handler position require you to be able to carry loads of more than 20 kg.
- You have a good command of French (B2), English (B1) and a third European language (B1).
- You are aware that flexible working hours are necessary (weekdays and weekends, working hours between 7am and 12.30pm).
