Courteous and efficient, the members of this division greet, inform and guide our guests, enabling them to enjoy a magical experience throughout their stay at the Resort.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
You will join the Guest Relations team which offers a varied and exciting work experience at the very heart of customer relations.
You will be part of a 70 to 100-person team at City Hall in Disneyland® Park or Studio Services at Walt Disney® Studios Park. Your mission is to welcome, provide advice and find solutions for every guest request, from the most straightforward to the most complex.

Your duties include:
  • Improving the guest experience in the face of unforeseen events (closed attraction, a guest’s birthday, etc.) by offering alternatives and/or solutions: you are “the” person who will enhance their stay
  • Giving advice and booking tables at Resort restaurants taking into account guest wants, needs and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure the sale of our destination products and services
  • Managing the attribution of Easy Access Cards and Priority Cards to disabled guests in order to enhance their stay
  • Taking care of lost children at the ‘Baby Care Center’, reassuring them and keeping them busy until their parents pick them up

• You are very energetic, cheerful and interested in developing your customer service skills in an international context
• You can adapt to guest needs and requests, tailoring your actions and communication to our diverse guest base
• You are highly skilled at managing stress and your primary objective is to satisfy our guests under any and all circumstances
• You have an excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) as well as a third European language (B2) and are available to work weekday and weekend shifts in the hours between 6.30 am and 0.30 am

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
  • Standing for 2 to 3 hours at a time (indoors and outdoors)
  • Excellent sense of hospitality
  • Ability to perform several tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and resolve situations Visitor
  • Receptive to special requests
  • Enthusiastic about interacting with and helping the Visitors.
  • Able to make independent decisions for our Visitors
  • Self-directed (can perform tasks with minimal supervision)
  • Eager to follow instructions and take instructions
  • Flexible/adaptable
  • Can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors even in bad weather
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, holidays and special events.
  • Perform all work-related duties in a friendly and cordial manner, committing to exceed customer expectations.
