With more than 21 million meals served each year in our 59 restaurants and 10 bars in our 2 parks, the Disney Village and our 7 hotels, food and beverage services are a must for our visitors. In order to meet the expectations of our visitors, several types of services and formulas are offered: from table service, to buffet, banquet or even room service, to traditional or gourmet restaurants, all using fresh products with the quality of service that Disneyland Paris has decided to offer its guests and respecting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Efficiency and Spectacle.
Responsibilities:
Your missions .•Ensure a quality welcome and service to all our visitors by respecting the defined service standards (setting up, welcoming, taking orders, advising, serving on a tray/plate, clearing away, cashing up)
•Apply all the hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
•Participate in the cleaning of the equipment and the work area.
Your profile .
•You have a training in catering (table service) such as CAP / BEP / Bac pro / certified training and/or you have a first significant experience in table service
•You are comfortable with carrying a tray and working in high volume environments
•You are a team player in all circumstances and can communicate in an international context
•You are flexible and can be scheduled from 6:30am to 2:00am, weekdays and weekends
•You have a conversational level in French and an English level of A2 (advanced beginner).
