Job Summary:

In order to strengthen our teams within the Estimation/Construction Economist division (whose main role is the development, management and budgetary control of our various construction and rehabilitation plan projects), we are looking for a Construction Economist, you deliver the quality of service that Disneyland Paris has decided to offer to its customers by ensuring compliance with the five keys: Security, Courtesy, Inclusion, Spectacle and Efficiency.


  • The establishment of TCE estimates including quantitative and estimated quantities.
  • The estimated cost of projects for the N+1 plan.
  • The analysis of plans, including recommendations to the various trades (architecture, engineering, show ...).
  • Active participation in the tendering process, the constitution of frameworks for the decomposition of prices by lots, the analysis of tenders, negotiations and recommendations for the award of works contracts.
  • Financial management and monitoring of works contracts, including proactive management of amending work and claims, preparation of monthly reports, until the closure of contracts.
  • Track and populate the existing database.

Basic Qualifications:

Profil :
Ideally you have a degree as a construction economist (Bac + 2 minimum).
You have at least 5 years of experience acquired in a company and/or project management.
You worked on construction projects for complex buildings (hotels, hospitals, theaters, etc.).
You know how to work in a project environment, with multidisciplinary teams and contacts with different stakeholders.
You have a good sense of interpersonal skills, teamwork and communication.
You are curious, open to the specificities of amusement parks.
Voluntary and autonomous, you have real learning and adaptation skills.
Your level in English allows you to interact in writing, also in oral, and you have good knowledge on office pack and Autocad.

Our destination is required to adhere to the conditions of the “Pass Sanitaire” since the 30th of August.
