Job Summary:

The Costuming, Metrics & Quality Projects division is in charge of deploying the Costuming strategy (Operations and Shows) in collaboration with the operational teams. This involves large-scale projects such as the rehabilitation of existing spaces or the creation of new ones, the development and integration of new technologies, as well as the management of the costume inventory. In addition, in order to raise quality standards while improving the comfort of wearing suits, the team also works on the continuous improvement of suits by integrating operational needs and performing quality controls. It also defines the laundry strategy.

The Optimization team's mission is to optimize Disneyland Paris' costs by managing costume inventories (Parks, hotels, Disney Village, Characters) in order to guarantee the right level of costume availability while respecting the 5 Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Spectacle and Efficiency.

The overall process has four main phases: information gathering and review, forecasting and analysis, reporting and monitoring the quality of the forecast.

In this context, you will be required to:
- Make supply forecasts that are as accurate as possible, taking into account the impact of incoming data (destocking forecasts, firm orders, shortages, forecast schedule of new products),
- Define a strategy that aligns the demand forecast with business objectives and budgets.
- Analyze actual results compared to forecasts and propose solutions and means to reduce variances,
- Establish methods and procedures for the forecasting process adapted to the company's activity.

Your missions :

  • Determine the annual needs for costume restocking,
  • Determine month by month over the entire planning horizon: the volumes to be destocked/manufactured by product type, the necessary budgets or their adjustments,
  • Model the tools necessary to manage requirements,
  • Organize and lead the process of data feedback and cross-referencing,
  • Establish forecasting methods, procedures and processes adapted to the company's activity,
  • Collect and examine the information required to prepare purchasing forecasts,
  • Provide the best visibility on the purchase forecasts to the suppliers so that they can optimize their production plan,
  • Set up and communicate to all team members the needs by month, quarter, half-year and year,
  • Develop indicators of stock coverage and service rate to customers,
  • Propose annual forecasts and final execution to decision makers after co-construction with the "destocker" and internal customers,
  • Present analyses to make proposals to the hierarchy,
  • Monitor distribution inventory levels with the inventory manager,
  • Determine the parameters of the tool, maintain and develop the models and tools used,

  • Ensure the production of final deliverables within budget and timeframe.

Your profile to carry out these missions:
Ideally, you have an engineering degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of predictive analysis as a forecaster.
Mastery of French and English (Level C1).
Mastery of the office pack and tools for modeling and presenting forecasts, Excel (pivot table/Macro), Access, Tableau Software.
You are a person with an excellent sense of analysis and synthesis, rigorous and organized.
You are able to manage a set of tools and data and guarantee the achievement of expected results.
You are able to dialogue and make proposals with your contacts and are able to convince.
