Working closely with the Chef de Cuisine, the Assistant Station Chef shares his/her passion for cooking with the team and guests. He/She will ensure the preparation of dishes until they arrive on the guest's table to guarantee a first class culinary experience for Disneyland Paris visitors.

Your missions ?
  • Taking part in daily food preparation respecting spec sheets and established quality standards
  • Working at various stations (hot, cold, etc.) and adapting to specific situations (allergies, menu changes, etc.)
  • Ensuring that HACCP norms are respected in your restaurant
  • Developing dynamic communication and a spirit of initiative within your team
  • Ensuring training and personal development of work placement students and apprentices, based on your solid experience, knowing that trust is an essential building block for their careers
The keys to your success?
  • You are aware that you must be flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts in the hours between 6 am and 2 am
  • You have a culinary diploma or certificate, and /or at least 1 year of similar experience
  • You master all the basic cooking techniques and can explain them clearly to others
  • You are able to ensure the smooth running of your team in the kitchen, perform well under pressure and respect deadlines without compromising HACCP procedures
  • You are willing to work mornings and/or evenings depending on your team’s organisation
  • You speak fluent Intermediate French (B1).
