Job Summary:

Within the Finance and Management Control Department, you will be in charge of managing the company's investments. As part of a team of two people, you will actively participate in the development, updating and implementation of the company's value creation strategy. You actively participate in the business plans and the establishment of documents necessary for the validation of the company's projects. You are the privileged interlocutor of the internal customers on your perimeter and this by respecting the 5 keys: Security, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency.


To achieve the objectives of the position, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
- Coordinate with internal teams (primarily Finance, Accounting) in the development of the short term budget and long term plan for new assets and impairments
- Control and monitor the consolidation of investments,
- Participate in validation processes (investment committees, validation memos, etc.) in collaboration with the Segment Capital Planning and Controllership teams
- Be a driving force behind the accounting treatment of investments, in collaboration with the Accounting teams
- Ensure reliable and efficient reporting to General Management
- Lead the process of forecasting investments and impairments
- Monitor and explain the actual and forecast (variance analysis, identification of risks and opportunities in the forecast, etc.)
- Ensure an efficient pairing with the management assistant

Basic Qualifications:

Ideally, you have a Bac+4 / 5 business school or university degree, with a specialization in Finance / Management Control, you have at least 2 years experience in the field.

You are recognized for your analytical, organizational and communication skills. You are dynamic and have good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Rigorous, reliable, organized, curious, you know how to take initiatives and work within the set deadlines.

You are at ease with computer tools, you know the functions of the Pack Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint), ideally SAP (especially SAP BW) and Longview. Fluency in English (oral and written B1) and French (C1) is essential.
