Job Summary:

You will define the insurance and risk management policy providing full and effective coverage for the company. Working closely with operational and back-office management, especially the Legal Division, you will develop and maintain the necessary processes and programmes to ensure maximum coverage of persons and property.


Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Defining an anticipation-based risk assessment policy in collaboration with the concerned operations stakeholders, a 5-year risk management policy and the key stages to reach set objectives

2. Defining the corporate risk management and insurance policy in liaison with Legal and ensuring that the company is protected financially

3. Ensuring smooth-running Park and Resort operations via our safety policies and ensuring that these are as effective as possible in terms of protecting persons and property

4. Ensuring that the company is fully covered in terms of Property and Responsibility, with a 100% portfolio

5. Ensuring administrative and financial management to optimise insurance and liability policies; negotiating, renewing and updating a full range of policies: property damage and business interruption, liability, fraud, fleet, construction, etc.


Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Managing claims, working closely with the Legal Division in charge of legal risk management and litigation
• Advising operations and back-office departments on liability and insurance issues
• Supervising the application of safety rules within your scope of duties
• Coordinating on-site prevention initiatives and information sessions
• Maintaining the highest possible property safety levels
• Ensuring that concerned Disneyland Paris Cast Members are qualified and trained to handle potential losses
• Delivering on-target department results, optimising them and proposing actions for continuous improvement
• Promoting good relations and communication with all business lines and/or product partners
• Serving as a member of the Risk Management Committee in liaison with Internal Audit and Safety
• Reviewing and ensuring respect of all Company rules and guidelines in terms of team management and motivation within your scope of duty
• Coordinating and supervising your team’s work (group leaders, management, staff, etc.)
• Delivering on-target department results, optimising them and proposing actions for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

You have a master’s degree in Insurance from a Business/Engineering School or University and at least 10 years of work experience in the field

You are proficient in Microsoft Office

You speak and write fluent French and English (level C1)
