Job Summary:

From attractions to hotels, in passing by various decors and floats and even the administrative buildings, our maintenance teams play a key role: keeping all Disneyland Paris facilities running smoothly all year long. Their daily mission is to provide our guests with a magical experience, in a safe environment.

Your missions?

Reporting to management of the 400-person attraction and stage maintenance department, you will be in charge of inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing technical stage and attraction equipment while respecting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency and Inclusion.

In particular:
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards (efficiency, providing courteous service and quality information, etc.), environmental standards and safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns, including complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical breakdowns.
  • Perform curative and preventive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipment and the related mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems that run our attractions, respecting the applicable procedures and given timeframe.
  • Propose appropriate corrective actions for all types of technical problems, identified or unforeseen, related to attractions.
  • Implement the tasks assigned by the hierarchy by ensuring the proper transmission of information to the team.
  • Ensure the opening or closing of your location in accordance with the given guidelines under the supervision of your area manager.

The keys to your success?

You have mechanics or electrical mechanics diploma/certificate with at least 2 years mechanical, pneumatics and/or electromechanical experience in a production – related industry. You are proficient in reading technical documents (technical sheets, blueprints, etc.).
You are proactive, dynamic and have good interpersonal skills.
You speak fluent French (level C1 required) and preferably English (to understand documents written in English). You are aware that you must work flexible hours (weekdays, weekends, with shifts scheduled 2x8, 3x8 or nights).
