Job Summary:

The Social HR Policy Department within the Social Strategy Department is looking for a Project Manager for our “Mission Handicap”. You will manage and coordinate the files of all employees declared with inability for their workstation (and certain employees declared abled under sustainable reserve) in connection with the various interlocutors involved, including many actors from the Human Resources Department, but also operational leaders. You will ensure compliance with the Company's policy and commitments contained in the company agreement. You will also be the key contact of the members of the Employment Maintenance Committee and the members of the CSSCTs and, as such, a key player in the social dialogue in the company.

Responsibilities:

Your missions?

-Take charge of all employees declared with inability by occupational physicians: reception, support, definition of orientations, management of reclassification procedures internally and with our external partners,...
-Ensure that applications from unsuitable employees are taken into account when opening internal mobility positions, that interviews are followed up and that qualitative feedback is provided on the conduct of these interviews,
-Centralize requests for Temporary Medically Adapted Assignments (ATMA) in order to be able to position employees with inability and work towards the continuous improvement of this system,
-Collaborate with the other members of the “Mission Handicap” Team, the Individual Relations and Human Resources Manager teams, particularly for the training and job development part,
-Present the plans for the reclassification of employees with inability and the quarterly reports to the employee representative bodies (DP/CHSCT/CSSCT),
-Take charge of the organization and holding of the various meetings of the Employment Maintenance Committee (convening, drafting and sending documents, managing the meeting),
-Update the various databases and monitoring tables allowing quarterly and annual reporting and balance sheets to be carried out,
-Participate in the implementation and running of the various events organized by the department.

Your profile?

You ideally have a degree in Human Resources and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in generalist and cross-functional HR fields. With a good knowledge or strong interest in the subject of disability, you have experience in conducting relationships with employee representatives.

Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to take initiatives and manage priorities. You are able to deal with a variety of topics simultaneously and are comfortable influencing and negotiating with all types of profiles and audiences.

With excellent interpersonal skills and an increased sense of teamwork, you are known for your ability to listen and resolve conflicts while respecting the confidentiality of files.

Finally, you have a good command of computer tools and a B2 level of English (advanced intermediate). You speak French fluently.
