Job Summary:Within Business Strategy Department, the global mission of Innovation and Performance Growth team is to be the innovation enabler for business optimization and growth for DLP. In order to do that, the team is here to inspire future-thinking and new business opportunities into the organization, connect these insights with corporate strategies, and drive actions to optimize current offer and business models or seize opportunities of new markets and usages.
Coached by a Senior manager, the activities of the Project Lead will include:
# Propose adapted work plans and methodologies adapted to the goals and context of his/her missions
# Leverage insights from market and competitive intelligence, and more long-term consumer and business trends
# Identify and analyze key pain points and usages’ or markets’ gaps, through quantitative and qualitative analytics, and synthetize key insights
# Source ideas and inspirations from external eco-systems (start-ups, academics, other corporates)
# Support the design of solutions through diverse creativity tools including Design Thinking,
# Support business leaders when planning strategies, which can include analysis of strategic options, business planning (ROI, implementation strategy), or project management of proofs of concept.
The Project Lead will have the unique chance to lead very diverse initiatives that could relate to multiple lines of business: parks and entertainment, events, retail, food, lodging, or back-office business models. Initiatives could be precise and project-based, or be a deep-dived transversal topic for the company.
Responsibilities:Strong education profile (master degree or equivalent in top-tier engineering or business schools or universities).
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience, ideally in consulting firm and/or a corporate or strategic function in a company. Innovation background is a plus.
