Job Summary:

Support the sales team with administrative processes, reports and business intelligence.


  • Elaborate and follow up PO's and administrative process for trade marketing suppliers
  • Follow up sell in and sell out information with top licensees and key retail partners
  • Analyze business information and shopper insights, including NPD, Kantar and Planet Retail
  • Budget control (AOP) to suggest better business investments in retail supports.
  • Coordinate specific tasks and follow up of special exhibitions and permanent spaces with the merchandising team

Basic Qualifications:

1 or 2 years of experience in a similar business support role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced level of Microsoft Office
Intermediate level of english
SAP is a plus.

Required Education

Bacherlor’s degree in Business Administration, commercialization or finance careers.
