Job Summary:
This role will oversee the growth of the Mexican market for the Disney Portfolio of businesses (WDW, DCL and DLR). Lead the distribution and sales strategy to drive business from Mexico, developing the market through a combination of in-country clients, receptive Tour Operators, retails sales efforts and market presence.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales Strategy development, along with driving business results, to support Disney Parks (WDW, DLR) and DCL growth in Mexico (account responsibilities could change based on market needs)
Provide timely and consistent communication to Sales and Marketing Director regarding: client performance (past and future outlook), Market trends (current and future outlook of the market), Key sales initiatives.
Lead negotiations of co-operative marketing programs supporting Disney Parks (WDW,DLR) and DCL.
Responsible for keeping co-operative marketing processes up-to-date.
Work closely as one integrated team with Trade Marketing Managers.
Be a product expert for WDW, DLR and DCL.
Be an expert of the country and región of responsibility.
Responsible for supporting clients, and needs of the region by liaising with:PR, The Walt Disney Company, Technology, Finance/Credit, Ticketing, DRC, Revenue Management.
Develop and provide sales training to clients and travel agents in Mexico and on-site.
Prospecting new business (through existing or new clients)
Develop current and new key relationships with airlines, key organizations, consulates, etc.
Develop and maintain internal relationships throughout the Disney organization, and identify synergy opportunities within the various departments.
Ensure tactics are on strategy and within the scope designated by business unit.
Position based in Mexico, with travel required (30-40%)
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to integrate and connect information across multiple functional lines of businesses.
Proven ability to build strategic plans and build strategic relationships.
Proven ability to provide training through presentations to small, medium and large audiences.
Demonstrated ability to inspire, drive enthusiasm and teamwork with a commitment to excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Word.

Masters of Business Administration
