Job Summary:

The Digital Technology Department provides a first-class digital portal to our destination through our websites and mobile apps.
The digital technology team designs Marketing, E-Commerce Websites as well as the Mobile Application for our Guests. In order to support the department, we are looking for a talented and passionate Manager to join our E-commerce websites development team.

Your Responsibilities?
  • Provide Technical & Managerial Leadership and day to day guidance to delivery and application teams
  • Assemble releases and contribute to improvements in the delivery and release processes
  • Lead teams >25p by mentoring and coaching, answering questions and solving problems
  • Build a team that is centered around excellence, caring for the growth plan of the team members and applications
  • Maintain strong Relationships with outsource vendors to ensure top quality delivery (onshore and offshore)
  • Build and lead multiple development and sustainment teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Work with the appropriate partners in Planning, Release Management and Governance to ensure that work items are processed expeditiously according to our business partner’s needs
  • Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate impact on business and member value
  • Challenge the status quo through intellectual curiosity and natural inquisitiveness to look beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for our Guests
  • Support on-call response to critical operational issues; support 24x7 ongoing operations, implementation transition activities and hyper-care shifts

The keys to your success?
  • Minimum of 5-7 years as a direct leader of teams in roles of increasing technical leadership across enterprise devops systems engineering disciplines
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the technology field and technology project delivery
  • Excellent mentoring and leaderships skills to provide oversight and direction to the team members
  • Experience managing complex, highly integrated, large scale, delivery efforts
  • Proven ability to leverage resources and knowledge and manage across functional boundaries to deliver value to the customer and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflict with and among teams, peers and leaders.
  • Ability to run effective meetings and provide accurate & timely communications of objectives, progress, status and issues.
  • Proven ability to properly manage project timeline and financials including budget, cost, invoices, budget supplements, and change orders.
  • Adaptability in a quickly changing environment and interactions with a broad customer base with diverse needs and functional responsibilities.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work with all members of an extended and diverse project team
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, proven ability to develop and deliver presentations geared for Executive Management

Technical Skills:
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle SDLC (e.g., requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation) and associated execution models (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Iterative Development, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
  • Disciplined approach to software development. Including defining and enforcing engineering best practices.
