Your environment?

Our Digital & Technology department is responsible for the guest experience for all digital initiatives on the web and mobile application of Disneyland Paris. It oversees product management, production and content strategy to ensure consistency and relevance across all digital platforms.

Within this department, and more specifically within the Web Analytics & User Experience team, you will join the UX Analytics & AB Tests team composed of 7 people (Conversion Rate Optimizers, Leads Analytics, AB tests and personalization, Lead dev), whose mission is to issue analyses and optimization recommendations for the e-commerce site and the mobile application of Disneyland Paris.

We are recruiting for this team a Product Owner Web Analytics who will drive the identification and implementation of optimizations to improve conversion rates on our digital platforms. You will report to the team leader of the UX Analytics & AB Tests team and will work in close collaboration with the whole team, in a flexible environment, mainly telecommuting, but also friendly and where mutual help is key!

You will contribute to making the most of data to create value and thus work to renew and improve the experience of our visitors and our internal customers.

As a Product Owner Web Analytics:
  • You will be the cross-functional reference on all issues related to dashboards for the management of digital activity in order to ensure the implementation of effective monitoring and the rapid identification of areas for optimization;
  • You will maintain the backlog and ensure the prioritization of tactical optimization actions. You will supervise the deployment of these actions in coordination with the other PM/PO of the web and mobile digital squads.
Your main missions consist of:
  • Supervise, in an agile SAFe context, the smooth running of your projects by guaranteeing operational excellence in the identification of indicators, analysis methodologies, the format of deliverables, while ensuring the project breakdown, the writing of user stories and their prioritization during backlog grooming, while respecting the allocated budgets;
  • Gather and challenge the needs of internal customers on the dashboards of digital platforms and their features;
  • Build, in collaboration with the other Web Analytics POs and POs of the digital squads, a backlog of prioritized optimization actions to feed the continuous improvement roadmap and the implementation of tactical actions;
  • Coordinate the implementation of optimization actions;
  • Participate in and lead the agile bodies that structure the organization of the activity (PI planning, PO/PM synchronization, stand up, backlog grooming, retro...);
  • Evangelize and train internal customers and ensure best practices in dashboarding, dataviz, performance analysis and monitoring.
You will mainly work with a Conversion Rate Optimizer on your projects, as well as with our digital agency partners, collaboration that allows us to deepen the performance analysis of our media.


The keys to your success?

You are the ideal candidate for this position if:
  • You have acquired a minimum of 5 years experience in website and/or mobile application performance analysis, monitoring analytical projects and coordinating analysts or digital agencies;
  • You have a first experience within a digital organization organized in agile (ideally SAFe);
  • You understand the technical issues and the functioning of mobile applications and websites;
  • You have already used web analytics, dashboarding/dataviz, AB testing and UX analytics tools;
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (B2 level minimum).
You will be successful in this role if:
  • You appreciate collaborative work and conduct workshops;
  • You know how to synthesize and popularize your subjects in order to facilitate communication with your interlocutors;
  • You know how to organize the activity and manage the prioritization of projects and tasks;
  • You are curious and willing to learn/upgrade your skills on performance analysis topics.

Additional Information:

Disneyland Paris is committed to offering its Cast Members the best possible working conditions. In this context and to guarantee optimum flexibility, Cast Members whose role do not require accessing on-site facilities and/or on-site physical interaction are permitted to work remotely, with a minimum presence requirement of five days per month on site.

  • 1st interview our recruiter to evaluate the adequacy between your personality, your expectations and what we can offer you
  • 2nd interview with the team leader to give you a broader view of the position and evaluate your skills for it through role-playing
  • Meeting with a part of the team (Product Owner or Lead Web Analytics), if the previous interviews are conclusive, to give each other the opportunity to project themselves in a collaboration
  • Final interview with your future N+2.
