In this role, you will leverage a range of sourcing tactics to build and develop the talent pipeline supporting the talent acquisition team and partner with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an experience working with a passive, competitive market and enjoy building out high-quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the recruiting teams to help strategize the hiring needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Source top talent and get them excited about opportunities at Disney+ Hotstar.
  • Be knowledgeable about our various business.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to improve upon existing programs and develop an innovative strategy around finding top talent.
  • Responsible for market mapping.
  • Keep ‘em warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for.
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base, sharing new information about industries and talent pools

What to Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of sourcing non-tech talent; preferably someone who has done e-commerce/consumer tech hiring and understands the digital space.
  • Experience in sourcing from multiple channels 
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Technically Savvy
