JOB DESCRIPTION

CONTEXT

  • Building a strategy and a tactical plan to put in place creative and impactful partnerships with brands through our content.  This role will be the force-multiplier for Entertainment Ad Sales, by partnering with brands based on brand’s insights and the brand’s key priorities/ challenges through our content/ our stories. Working closely with sales team, creative teams and our content teams, the successful candidate will lead the definition and execution of the Entertainment Ad Sales brand partnership strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •    Create solid and long term relationships with key partner brands by building impactful and relevant content solutions for them, thereby generating revenue for the organization
  • Influence content/ storylines by working closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders (content team) to deliver the solution by way of storytelling to our brand partners
  • Critical to helping internal teams understand our partner brand’s priorities and challenges

QUALIFICATION

  • Post graduate degree from a reputed institute or equivalent with relevant work experience of 10+ years

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong strategic insight of the marketing process, with expertise in consumer insights and brand building, and experience in crafting world-class marketing campaigns
  • Media buying experience is preferred  
  • High content affinity – innate bent of mind to consume content and proclivity to storytelling. If not an ardent Hindi content consumer, should be willing to immerse in Hindi content  
  • Creative thinking
  • Sound business acumen with a grasp of the larger picture  
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful professional relationships
