Job Summary:

Deal Management Coordinator Content Sales (f/m/d)
(Fixed term contract for 24 months)

The Deal Management Coordinator Content Sales supports linear and digital license agreements pre, during and post negotiation across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and BENELUX. The role ensures premium client service to all customers and offers pre- and post-sales support to the GSA Digital Sales Team in order to optimize digital and linear revenue in these territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Product availability management for digital and linear license agreements and communication of availability dates to clients
  • Contract management, input of licenses into data base and communicating with clients to coordinate product flow and license date updates, calculations and materials coordination
  • Support sales team with dates and calculations on new license agreement negotiations and deal extensions
  • Analyzing user data and work with clients, research and finance teams to ensure such data is prepared in the most meaningful way
  • Work with research department to track linear runs
  • Liaise with Legal and Technical teams in UK as well as clients to coordinate agreement drafting and materials delivery


Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably economic/administrative background
  • Previous experience in contract management, ideally in media/digital rights, preferred
  • Experience with CRM-database and MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Comfort and ease in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interacts well with people who have different backgrounds and work styles
  • Communicates Effectively
