Assistant Manager, Digital Assets

Job Summary:

Employee will assist in scheduling the digitization of material that is slated for inclusion in upcoming publications and coordinating with vendors for further production work that needs to be performed on these files. The ability to multitask as well as strong organizational skills are required. Knowledge of the comic-book industry and experience with digital archiving are a plus.


Archive Digitization
  • Schedule materials for digitization and proof files as they are delivered from the vendor
  • Review invoices submitted from the vendor
  • Archive files and update our inventory records
Assist with Upcoming Publications
  • Schedule materials for digitization and for coloring or clean-up work that is needed
  • Review invoices submitted from vendors
  • Archive files and update our inventory records
Assist Asset Team
  • Clean up and reorganize files in the existing digital archive
  • Gather assets from the archive to fulfill internal and external asset requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong software skills with Microsoft Excel and the Adobe Creative Suite

Required Education

BA / BS Degree or relevant work experience
