Assistant Manager, Sales Integration

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Sales Integration will work closely with Sales, Production, Editorial, Development, and AdOps teams to develop programs that support and drive revenue for Marvel's digital team, as well as manage execution details for sold sponsor campaigns. The Assistant Manager will report to the Director, Sales Integration and will also assist with Custom Publishing projects and creating new partnership opportunities for prospective partners.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Respond to RFP requests and collaborate with Sales, Production, Editorial, Development, and AdOps teams to build strategic multi-platform proposals.
  • Manage sold campaigns (both internally and externally) and work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist with creation of marketing materials
  • Interface with the Ad Ops and Insights team to create end of campaign recap decks
  • Collaborate with multiple internal groups to create proactive opportunities for partners, especially around key Marvel tentpoles

Basic Qualifications:

Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize large volume of projects with 3-5 years of prior experience.
  • Ability to route and track creative feedback / approvals and effectively communicate to internal teams.
  • Must be detail oriented, proactive, organized and have the ability to follow-up often and in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with members of multiple divisions within the Marvel New Media and Publishing teams.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects – knowledge of programs to facilitate organization (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Documents, Keynote, Power Point, Mac and PC experience, Adobe Photoshop.)
  • Site traffic, social metrics, and metrics reporting experience a plus.

Required Education

BA/BS or relevant work experience.
