This is a freelance position based in New York with an opportunity for growth and full-time work within ABC News.
Responsibilities:This position entails writing copy for broadcast and online, editing audio and providing support to our affiliates across the country. Applicants should have a firm knowledge of current events and politics as well as a basic sports familiarity. The best candidates will also possess the confidence to work in a high-energy, deadline-driven network newsroom.
Basic Qualifications:Strong writing skills, proficiency with audio editing and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous radio experience is preferred.
