The Junior Systems Engineer would help relieve daily administrative tasks from both the Senior Technical Support Engineer and the Senior Business Analyst. The primary tasks would be the upkeep of our growing Point of Sale infrastructure. The candidate would also support our Help Desk Analyst and provide back up while other members of the team are offsite for Frozen and other productions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Network Documentation
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Experience with Windows and MacOS
  • Multi-tasking skills required – working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail experience or familiarity supporting POS software

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Technical Degree from 2 year program
