Responsibilities:The Coordinating Producer will manage the scheduling of pieces among producer teams, coordinate elements between platforms, assist with shoot logistics when necessary, help manage the show grid, in breaking news scenarios help our senior producers select the best images to air, and occasionally senior produce and produce pieces. They will report to the Executive Producer of ABC News Live Prime.
- All candidates should have extensive production experience and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to edit, and process video content and turn it around for broadcast under daily deadline pressures
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to effectively communicate and interact with people at various levels and in various disciplines of business and production
Required EducationBachelor’s degree (TV/Film/Journalism or related field) or equivalent work experience
