Job Summary:

ABC News is looking for a digital producer to produce and edit packages for overnight ABC News shows and Good Morning America.


Coordinates visual elements for the 3 broadcasts to produce the most compelling content possible. This person will work with the assignment desk, senior staff, and on air talent to produce day of packages and segments for three different shows:

World News Now
America This Morning
Good Morning America

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum two years professional experience crash editing content on Avid for live broadcasts
  • Must have demonstrated experience writing broadcast scripts that are prompter ready
  • Must have a minimum three years’ experience working in live broadcast television
  • Must be a team player with good organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work overnight and early morning hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years professional experience crash editing content for live broadcasts

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
