Provide administrative and organizational assistance to the Finance Ad Sales leadership across the FP&A, Portfolio Analytics, Ad Sales Strategy and Operating Expense business quadrants.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Manage daily schedules, agendas and workflow timelines for deliverables for the Quadrant Leaders.

Handle phone calls and administrative activities inclusive of scheduling and setting up internal and external meetings

Organize travel arrangements and administer support for expense report review and reimbursement submissions

Assist and coordinate all IT and Telecom updates and setup needs for current and new hires

Driving team culture (i.e. reminders on upcoming Disney events, team building, volunteering, monthly org meetings and birthdays) and supporting each Leader’s team (i.e. ordering of office supplies).

Coordinate administrative support with the admin to CFO (LA based) and provide local support when travelling.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioral attributes and/or leadership capabilities)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience
  • Previous experience in Media is a +
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for assistance in presentations
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi task and manage multiple schedules
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain strong working relationships with executive level leadership and ability to interface with all levels of management

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree minimum. Preferably a degree in Business, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field
