About the Role & Program:
Disney Entertainment is seeking an Intern to assist with supporting the financial and strategic planning efforts within Disney Entertainment Marketing.
This internship will provide the opportunity to work with marketing and finance stakeholders across various distribution platforms and brands, including Disney Entertainment’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms (Disney+ and Hulu) and linear TV brands such as ABC Entertainment, ABC News, Freeform, National Geographic, and Disney Branded Television. The intern will gain valuable experience in strategic finance within the media industry. This internship is a full-time, three-month commitment in the New York, NY are from June - August 2026.
What You Will Do:
Support the financial and strategic planning efforts within Disney Entertainment Marketing.
Participate in Marketing annual planning process for Disney+ and Hulu
Understand how marketing reinforces and amplifies title launches
Provide senior leaders with key Marketing KPI trend updates
Learn about competitive dynamics and acquisition lifetime value
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and interest in the entertainment industry
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business units
- Maturity to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship
- Must provide own housing and transportation in the New York, NY area
