The Manager will work closely with HR Partners (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, ER, Learning and HRIS) and functional partners (e.g., Finance, Communications) to deliver solutions and change management plans that provide sustainable benefits.
This position will serve as the Project Manager and advisor to HR leaders regarding initiatives, HR policies and processes (e.g., Kronos, time entry system project manager – change management; benefits harmonization – work closely with HRBP and benefits team on transition and change management; merit and year end activities - comp planning and job leveling activities) to optimize employee engagement and productivity.
- Project Manager, develop and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business priorities and goals
- Facilitate the consistent application, implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs (e.g., merit and promotion, planning, performance management, employee relations, career development, headcount planning, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience in HR (min 3 as HRBP)
- Leadership experience
- Experience working with Union populations a plus as well as experience in M&A
- Industries: Media, Entertainment, Digital, Technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
