Job Summary:

The ESPN+ Marketing Associate, Originals will serve as the primary point of contact for all promotional touchpoints for ESPN+ originals. Specific responsibilities will include development of show-specific marketing campaigns, content positioning, and management of the creative development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Marketing programs for ESPN+ Originals
  • Oversee marketing campaigns for all ESPN+ original content, working closely with internal teams across Programming, Paid media, Lifecycle, Affiliate, and Partner Marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting/optimization recommendations to senior leadership team
  • Work directly with creative team to develop unique positioning/messaging that can live across owned and third party platforms. Facilitate delivery of assets and manage approval process for all marketing material.
  • Serve as trusted resource for all internal teams to leverage. Follow and raise awareness of all key storylines and innovations pertaining to orginals across greater streaming marketplace.
  • Identify new and creative ways for ESPN+ to promote exclusive original content

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in a marketing or account management role (not including internships)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading all aspects of projects, from ideation to execution
  • Creative, flexible and innovative team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of how to leverage multiple marketing channels to reach consumers (Digital, TV, OOH, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about sports, docu-series, and shows!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in sports
  • Media/Creative agency experience
