Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • The Executive Coordinator will acquire and apply an overall knowledge of programming and events schedule and daily priorities to ensure smooth information and work flow, internally and externally.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of select Network internal/external projects
  • Must have strong communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, collaboration and prioritization skills to support a busy department
  • Collaboration on projects by conducting research, writing and fact-checking

Basic Qualifications:

  • Some experience of project management/administrative support experience.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software like SAP and Workday.
  • Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy.
  • Help plan departmental and Network events
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
  • Ability to work on many projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with positive/easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignments.
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to form a strong partnership with team members.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule to accommodate some overtime if needed.

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
