Job Summary:Providing day-to-day administrative support for the Vice-President, Disney Television and Executive Producer of ABC Specialized Units.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include Administrative duties include managing and coordinating schedules, screening and routing phone calls to and from top executives and producers across ABC News and Entertainment, assisting with special projects when necessary, coordinating travel and logistics, ordering supplies, processing expense reports, keeping track of production schedules and deadlines, and organizing and maintaining systems for monitoring production flow.
Basic Qualifications:Candidates must have top-notch organizational and computer skills, writing skills, a positive attitude and a professional, pleasant demeanor. Must be comfortable working on a team.
Preferred Qualifications:Background in news or executive level entertainment environment a plus.
Required EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
