Responsibilities:
- Assist production team on in-house, field and event shoots
- Assist in podcast and audio recording sessions
- Provide production management support
- Coordinate production travel
- Support the creation and distribution of all production paperwork (budgets, schedules, call sheets, etc.)
- Support live-streaming production workflows
- Support the usage of production and asset management systems and review and approval workflows
- Assist in Remote Production Support, including working with Production Technologies, handling shipping, remote kit setup, and running remote teleprompter.
- Manage Production Airtable workspace
- Provide media management and edit support
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across the team
- Provide Talent support for live shows and rehearsals.
- Manage Green Room needs.
- Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in video and digital production in the media & entertainment space.
- Highly organized, resourceful and dependable with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contact
- Adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
- Experience on shoots and in production and post environments
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects
- Familiarity with basic camera and lighting setups
Required Education
BA/BS Degree or relevant working experienceThis role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
