In addition to managing a few new Marvel businesses and partnerships, it is the responsibility of the new hire to manage inbound Disney partnerships that involve Marvel IP. The new hire will serve as a proxy for Disney deals, managing Marvel guardrails, needs and approvals.
As the development of these new businesses will be constantly evolving, the new hire must be a nimble, ultra-organized, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who is quick to find potential solutions instead of dwelling on the problems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new Marvel business opportunities and 3rd party partnerships
- Work closely with creative teams on the development of new Marvel content, ensuring all deadlines are met and marketing beats are hit
- Interface and collaborate with both Marvel and Disney LOBs in support of 3rd party Marvel & Disney partnerships and opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with some corporate and/or successful startup experience
- Has some solid knowledge of the fitness space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Logical thinker and problem-solver
- Hungry, optimistic, and levelheaded
- Is polite, kind and treats others the same way as they would want to be treated
Required Education
BA/BS Degree or relevant work experienceThis role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
