The MarTech Engineering Team at Disney Streaming Services is responsible for creating software solutions for Disney+ and ESPN+ marketing teams. We use tagging, targeting, testing, and feedback to optimize the marketing spend and efficacy of creative content for both paid and lifecycle engagement messaging.
The Senior UX Software Engineer, Marketing Tech will lead the visual user interface development in the creation of internally-facing web applications for marketing professionals. This includes dynamic tools for managing the workflow of marketing campaigns, data & asset flow between internal & external sources, and supporting a variety of marketing use-cases.
· UX development on internal marketing web applications
· Creation of visual prototypes and dynamic presentations
· Partner with Marketing Technology Product Managers to create dynamic and user-friendly solutions for the Customer Data Portal.
You collaborate well with a team to work towards ideal solutions
Empathy for your users and the ability to design tools to elegantly solve their problems
Experience with interactive data frameworks (eg Three.js)
Web graphics design tool experience (Photoshop, Sketch)
You have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
You are proactive about communicating project status, progress and workload
Understanding of software development fundamentals
Experience working in a modern, agile software team with version control & project management tools (eg Github, Jira, Basecamp)
You are a well-rounded design-engineer with mastery in multiple areas
Mobile design or development experience (Swift, iOS, Mobile Web)
Marketing technology stacks including dashboards, reporting, and marketing workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field), or equivalent work experience
