The QE Manager will be a member of a highly-motivated team. This role will help manage and sustain innovative solutions to improve the customer’s quality of experience.
This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining constant communication across the QE technical team. Providing technical insights, mentorship and support to the team. The QE manager is responsible for day to day assignment progress and resource allocation. Making sure all QE technical processes are properly documented.
Bachelor’s degree in management, technology or related fields
Experience managing a team with natural leadership ability
Effective communicator across many mediums (online chat, email, verbal)
Skilled at collaboration to drive project results and holding individuals accountable
Proficiency with time management, prioritization of tasks, and delegation
Solid organizational skills
Collaborative approach to problem solving
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of all Disney Streaming products
Strong understanding of computer programs and applications.
Strong understanding/experience with mobile networks and applications.
Strong understanding/experience with user metrics and data
Strong understanding/experience with cloud technologies
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in new media and online organizations.
Interest in sports and OTT content and digital networks and a desire to work in the tech industries.
A team player, with an enthusiastic, congenial, and committed performance as an employee.
