Job Summary:

The Enterprise Technology Core Systems and Platforms team leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for The Walt Disney Company.  Workforce Technology focuses specifically on supporting the HR function.

Come join our Workforce Technology team, we are seeking an Analyst to provide support to the HR Technology Consolidation and Governance project.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in delivering three project goals: Establish a comprehensive view of tools in the HR technology ecosystem, Identify and implement a future governance model that will strengthen alignment, collaboration, efficiency and security, and Realize the opportunities for increased system security compliance, cost savings, and consistent user experiences through tool consolidation and improved governance of technology sourcing, support, and vendor management practices. 

As an Analyst you will have the opportunity to support activities including data collection, developing communication and presentation materials, meeting logistics, technology research, data analysis, solution development, and HR partner engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data intake and documentation processes. 

  • Create metrics reporting and visual dashboards

  • Prepare communication and presentations.

  • Assist with meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation of notes/action items

  • Provide input on project tasks, timelines, and proposed solutions

  • Engage and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across HR and IT

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in HR or IT business.

  • Apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships.

  • Ability to analyze data and complex business priorities to produce flexible solution options.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

  • Collaborative and able to work as part of a team in a constructive way.

Skills:

  • Experience with multiple HR functions or HR Technology tools

  • Smartsheet, Clarity, ServiceNow

  • Agile project management methodology

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable field of study.

The hiring range for this position in CA is $101,926 to $136,7300 and in WA is $106,764 to $143,220 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
