Job Summary:The Bilingual Guest Relations International Program (English/Japanese) is a twelve-month program located at Walt Disney World® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. Participants of this program have the opportunity to share their country's culture, customs, and traditions with our Guests from around the world. Participants must be able to assist and engage Guests with MyMagic+ components and questions including My Disney Experience profiles, entitlements, and itineraries. Assist Guests with ticketing, dining reservations, dinner packages, special service needs, and with information about our theme parks. The position includes cash-handling and the use of computerized systems within desktop and mobile device environments. Participants will act as the communication hub for the park, handle Guest concerns, and communicate extensively and partner with other areas within each specific Disney theme park and other Walt Disney World® Parks and Resorts properties.
To be eligible to apply for the Bilingual Guest Relations International Program (English/Japanese), you MUST:• Speak Japanese fluently
• Be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Be receptive to Disney Look guidelines
• Possess unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays and overtime

Additional Information:Pay rate: Cast Members will earn an hourly pay rate of $14.85 per hour.
