The Digital Experience organization is responsible for understanding and innovating new ways of working, having a broad focus on employee experience, and applying user experience principles across the digital landscape.

The business analyst works with the Digital Experience Senior Manager of Business performance, Service Management and Engineering teams to support project, program, and organizational priorities through data and business analysis. Through partnership with Service Management, Engineering and Service Implementation, the data analyst will gather and synthesize data for the DX portfolio of services, supporting decision making, portfolio rationalization, and performance measurement. In addition, this position will deliver business and financial reports ad hoc and scheduled in support of project and program objectives and monthly and quarterly financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a business consultant and data analyst

  • Partner with executives and leaders in the DX Service Management, DX Engineering and DX Service Implementation teams to gather and provide data about the DX portfolio of services

  • Support the ongoing maturation of service management and engineering functions via data and dashboards

  • Build visualization dashboards to drive decision making, portfolio rationalization, and performance management

  • Partner with other teams and departments to ensure consistency in data sources and reporting

  • Visualization, presentation, and communication of results and recommendations

  • Educate business partners on available data, analytics, and reporting capabilities

  • Collaborate with operational leaders throughout Enterprise Technology to develop service reports and prioritize operational improvements

  • Capable of operating independently and handling deliverables and expectations

  • Excel at balancing multiple requests, staying organized and prioritizing work based on deadlines

  • Ability to confidently synthesize complex data & deliver meaningful reports.

  • Able to recommend and implement reporting and process improvements

  • Excellent communication, analysis, planning, and partnership skills

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Passionate about technology and excited for the opportunity to learn and apply new concepts to day-to-day work

Experience:

  • Experience as a data analyst supporting large IT initiatives as part of an Enterprise Technology Organization, with a consistent track record of delivering insights and recommendations to advise strategic decision-making.

  • Experience working in a large multi-business unit environment, with an understanding of how to navigate complex organizational structures and work effectively with team members from various business units.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with experience in leading data-related projects from inception to completion.

  • Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices, with a solid focus on data quality and accuracy.

  • Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and integration, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.

  • Ability to identify and articulate insights and recommendations from complex data sets, with strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and technology.

  • Proficiency in business and data analysis technologies and methodologies, with a consistent track record in crafting and developing business reports.

  • Experience or familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across teams and manage work effectively within deadlines.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with a strong problem-solving and creative ability.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $ 88,970.00 to $119,350.00 per year and in California $93,398- $125,290. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
