This position is a Digital Media Administrator for Disney Consumer Products Digital Media Systems and will report to Director, Systems Implementation & Operational Intelligence.

This posting is a talent pool for upcoming roles within Consumer Products, Games & Publishing.


You will perform the operational process associated with preparing the creative assets in DCP’s Digital Media Center (DMC) and will interact regularly with Operations and Process managers in IT and Creative teams.

You will also:

  • Perform standard procedures to register style guides, movie/tv assets, special collections and other digital content in DMC
  • Retrieve archived content from file systems and other digital media and restores it in DMC
  • Ensure content is structured, key-worded and verified to meet DCP content standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of the content/data loaded in to DMC
  • Track registration activities in the content database to support regular report out to creative teams
  • Provide good estimates and ensure timely delivery of content registration and other operational tasks
  • Administer Disney employees & Licensees security setups
  • Demonstrate proficiency in problem solving and provides timely escalation of issues impacting production
  • Deliver resolution to reported content, approval, or access/security issues related to DMC operations
  • Exhibit high emphasis on guest/customer service with a drive to create and maintain a premium digital media management experience
  • Partner with content owners to manage their expectations, gain their acceptance and trust and achieve high client satisfaction ratings
  • Interact with team members and external peers to provide feedback on process improvements
  • Understand, communicate and/or escalate technology issues to application and other technical teams
  • Participate in review meetings and provides status on deliverables; maintain clear communication with team leadership and escalates problems that impact production

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in creative, content classification, production processes and operations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated quality organizational skills to manage daily tasks; self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or certificate in Library or Taxonomy management functions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the below will be highly regarded:
    • Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
    • Digital Image formats – JPEG, BMP, TIFF, MP3/MP4, MOV, AI, PSD, EPS
    • Microsoft Office
    • Web Browsers – Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox
    • Filemaker Pro

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
