You will be a part of the Digital Experience organization within Enterprise Technology. Our mission is to enable the digital employee in their daily work through efficient delivery and integration of common and secure platforms, products and devices that support responsible and efficient collaboration with partners.
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support our growing portfolio of SaaS solutions at Disney. You will be part of a cross-functional team (Product, Service Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Service Delivery) responsible for growing and evolving the portfolio across a global workforce.
The Solution Architect, Digital Experience, develops enterprise-wide architectural strategies and works as part of the greater architecture community in Enterprise Technology.
You ensure a customer-focused and secure approach to delivering exciting integrated technology solutions across the Disney company with an eye towards the health, compliance, and continuous improvement of the environment.
You are an expert in integration methodologies and architectural road mapping across COTS, on-premise, and Cloud / SaaS offerings.
You manage architectural specificity, security, compliance and governance over the portfolio (marketplace, integrations, security policies, and records retention) and ensure services are meeting expectations of our businesses through regular executive, security and partner stakeholder engagement.
Basic Qualifications/You Will Have
4+ years of experience in Architecture or Service Management in an enterprise environment
2+ years of experience leading enterprise projects or transformation activities
Proficiency and deep awareness of content management, collaboration platforms and tools space (Atlassian, Slack, Box, and video collaboration) - You consider yourself an expert-level user of 2 or more of these tools
Experience as an architect on large-scale SaaS integrated environments
Experience deploying solutions and provisioning environments with Public Cloud Providers including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
Intermediate-to-Expert level knowledge of API integrations with SaaS services or COTS on premise solutions
Experience in development of automation, bots or integrating with SaaS APIs
Experience overseeing the architectural currency of enterprise platforms, partnering with vendors and consultants
Experience administering and using enterprise collaboration and communication platforms and products
Knowledge and background in configuration of SSO and IAM integration with (Okta, SAML, Active Directory)
3+ years of experience in Software Development or Site Reliability Engineering
2+ years of experience in team lead or managerial roles
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
