This role will lead the development and management of Identity and Access Management platforms for the Enterprise Technology organization. They will work closely with the strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams to manage the existing IAM platforms and systems as well as to define and execute a roadmap to transform the space. Identity and Access Management is a highly complex ecosystem with stakeholders across all of the segment teams. This role will be responsible for working cross functionally to develop and transform not only the platform and systems but also the development processes and practices necessary to implement a streamlined platform with high quality agile delivery practices.
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned Software Delivery Executive with a mix of Software Delivery, application architecture, Project Management, delivery best practices and Stakeholder Management skills. This role requires soft skills, negotiation and persuasion, and a consultative mindset that will monitor the progress and effectiveness of the existing ecosystem while also developing and delivering against the roadmap to simplify the Identity and Access Management ecosystem with consolidation across segments. The goals will include reducing cost, enhancing collaboration and increasing security.
Desired Skills:
- –15+ years of experience working in technology organizations, including 10+ years of experience leading technology teams delivering high quality solutions
- 5+ years of experience in the Identify and Access Management Space
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation roles
- Agile software development experience
- Large Custom and Purchase product system implementations & integrations
- Experience implementing best practices across multiple teams
- Experience with defining and executing against consistent architecture principals
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Experience with supplier management & resource planning
- Consulting experience
- Project and Program Management
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Executive Presence
- Understanding and actively contributing to the initiative financial health

The hiring range for this position in California is $241,490 to $323,950 per year and in Washington state is $253,052 to $339,460 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
