Job Summary:

This role is a part of the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) Segment Planning team that supports senior-level executives with segment-wide financial planning and analysis. The team also serves as the liaison between Corporate FP&A and the Segment’s Finance organization.


  • Consolidate the long-term plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecasting processes for the Segment
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial information received and shared for plan and forecast processes and financial analyses
  • Develop strategic and financial analyses to help leaders analyze opportunities and exposures
  • Provide support for presentations that summarize complex financial information, formatted for senior-level executive reviews
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships with finance teams across the globe

Basic Qualifications:

  • One or more years accounting or finance experience
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage multiple priorities and perform responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong partnering skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from multiple business areas and various levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP
  • Budgeting and financial planning experience
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and the various operating areas / business units within the DPEP organization
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive level presentations with effective storytelling

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
